Responsibilities:
1. Keys data into automated system and verifies input
2. Processes, verifies and audits invoices, expense reports, journal entries, purchase orders, etc.
3. Balances items, entries or amounts related to documents processed
4. Reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares balance sheet reconciliation and clears exception items
5. Posts ledger and general journal entries
6. Responds to routine questions related to area of responsibility
7.
