Good Programming Skills
Preferred Skills:
Formal education in BE Computer/IT OR MCA (2013 pass out with 60% aggregate or above)
.NET- certifications or coursesa reputed Institute would be an added advantage
Professional Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter
Problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
The ability to work under pressure and to deadline
